2. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the training program are the intellectual property of Next-Level Language Professionals, MENTE, Inc. - Mind-Enhancement Network for Training Excellence, and its affiliated and associated instructors and coaches.

Any recordings or screenshots of the training program are strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

3. Privacy Policy

Next-Level Language Professionals, will collect personal information during enrollment for the training program.

Next-Level Language Professionals, will only use personal information for the purposes of the training program and will not share or sell any information to third parties.

Participants consent to the use of their likeness, voice, and work for promotional purposes without compensation.

4. Liability

Next-Level Language Professionals, its affiliated and associated instructors and coaches are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur during the training program.

Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental well-being during the program.

5. Termination

Next-Level Language Professionals,  has the right to terminate any participant from the training program if they violate the terms and conditions or behave inappropriately.

Participants may also terminate their enrollment in the program at any time, but refunds will only be given according to the payment and refund policy.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between the parties, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. Each party will pay their own costs associated with the mediation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. Each party will pay their own costs associated with the arbitration.

Any legal action arising from this agreement must be filed in the state of California.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the participant and Next-Level Language Professionals. Please read them carefully before enrolling in the training program.
